| Last week, Evangeline, who our farmers sometimes call Eva for short, birthed a very sweet baby boy. Eva has pretty distinct Jersey features – the breed of cattle – short, feisty and a little unpredictable, but a good milk producer! What this baby cannot drink, after guzzling his fill, our farmers milk for us- her milk will add that signature Jersey creaminess to our dairy products like our yogurts and cheeses. Evangeline will raise this little lad on pasture surrounded with her sisters, cousins and nieces!
