Welcome back all my fellow procurers of perfect produce! As you are nibbling your way through those strawberries and greens, don’t forget to mark your calendars for the mother of all summer celebrations, Summer Solstice, which can be enjoyed in many ways in our lovely city.
What is the summer solstice you ask? It is the longest day of the year, also known as Midsummer’s Day.

When? June 20th is the actual day, but the celebrating will continue through the weekend. (How can one celebrate the sun in only one day?)
Where? Just about anywhere the sun can reach!
