• ¾ C Olive Oil
• ¼ C Basalmic Vinegar
• 2 tbsp fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
• 2 tsp Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
• 2 tsp Maple Syrup
• S & P to taste (about 1 tsp salt, 10 grinds pepper)
• 2 small or 1 large clove Garlic grated on a zester
Combine all ingredients in a container that can be tightly sealed and shaken heartily (small jelly jar works great) and shake well. It can be made ahead of time and stores well in fridge.
It packs a powerful punch, a few tbsp will dress a large salad – drizzle LIGHTLY over your favorite mix of greens, tomatoes, cheese, seeds, nuts, dried fruits, vegetables and/or hard boiled eggs.
** For an added pizzazz add ½ tsp dried oregano and ½ tsp dried thyme.
